Rent Our Clubhouse
 | Check the calendar to make sure the date you want is available. |
 | Reserve your date by emailing through the homeowner portal: portal.cpmgateway.com (please copy and paste into your browser bar). |
 | Pay the rental fee and deposit. We can either invoice you or you can drop off the checks in person or send by mail. |
Rental Costs
- Vineyards residents: You may rent the clubhouse for $95 plus a $100 deposit, and any extraordinary cleaning charges that may accrue as a result of your event. Please note that the clubhouse doors will automatically lock behind you.
- Non-residents: Due to insurance issues, the clubhouse is no longer available for rental to non-residents of the Columbia Vineyards.
